Welcome back to the new school year, though I imagine many of you have already put in many hours in your schools or with planning  (deflates that myth of teachers doing nothing over the summer months!).  I have two bits of information for you as you gear up:

Beginning Teachers’ Conference registration is now open online at http://www.teachers.ab.ca/News%20Room/Announcements/Pages/BeginningTeachers'ConferenceOnlineRegistration.aspx  If you have any new teachers on staff (J), please pass on this information, your Local has many ways to help these new teachers out to attend.
